ARTICLE 2 – ORDERS

Orders are placed exclusively through the Site. Internet access and connection costs are at the Client’s expense. The ordering process on the Site follows a step-by-step procedure that the Client must complete to validate their order.
Any order validated by the Client constitutes a sales contract and implies acceptance of the entire Terms and Conditions.

Under French law, the “double-click” process during order validation, combined with authentication and integrity protection procedures, constitutes an electronic signature equivalent to a handwritten signature.
Unless proven otherwise, data recorded by EDDA CARRÉS DE SOIE serves as proof of all transactions between EDDA CARRÉS DE SOIE and its Clients.

ARTICLE 3 – AVAILABILITY

Products available for sale are those described on the Site at the time of consultation, within the limits of available stock.
Sales are subject to the actual availability of products.
If a product becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Company’s control, the Client will be informed by email. The order will be automatically canceled and refunded.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS

EDDA CARRÉS DE SOIE reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is validated, subject to availability.
All prices shown on the Site include French VAT.
Shipping and handling fees are calculated separately during checkout, depending on the order characteristics and destination, and are displayed before final confirmation.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY

Delivery times are expressed in business days. Deliveries are made via La Poste Colissimo from Monday to Saturday.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the Client, which must be either the Client’s residence, a third party’s address, or a business address.
Orders are dispatched within a maximum of 72 business hours after purchase.

The Client must ensure that all delivery information is accurate and complete. Incomplete or incorrect addresses will result in additional reshipping costs borne by the Client.

Delivery times are indicative and EDDA CARRÉS DE SOIE cannot be held liable for delays not under its control.

Possible outcomes:

5.a If the parcel is found, it will be reshipped at no cost.

5.c If declared lost by La Poste, the products will be reshipped (subject to stock) or refunded.

5.d If declared delivered by La Poste, no claim will be accepted.

No refund or replacement will occur before the postal investigation is closed.

ARTICLE 6 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

6.1 Geographical areas
In accordance with Articles L.121-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Client may request a refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving the order. Return shipping costs are at the Client’s expense.

6.2 Return conditions
Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition — new, unworn, and unwashed.
